Warranty Policy

Thanks for shopping at Paper Shoot Malaysia.

Paper Shoot products comes with a six (6) months warranty starting from the date of purchase.

During this warranty period, we are committed to providing you with assistance and support in case of any manufacturing defects. 

Please retain your proof of purchase.

Warranty does not apply when: 

• the warranty period expired
• the product has been modified or repaired in any way by any unauthorized service centre or personnel
• the product is installed, maintained and operated in ways other than as recommended by Paper Shoot
• the defect was due to abnormal external forces
