Pre-Order

If our products products are labeled as "Pre-Order", it indicates that we are in the process of restocking them and they are expected to arrive in Malaysia within a month.

To secure your order and prioritize delivery upon restocking, we require advance payment for all pre-orders. Once we receive the pre-order items, they will be promptly sent out to you.

If your order consists of a mix of pre-order items and items currently in stock, we will wait until we receive the pre-order items to deliver the entire order together.
