Refund Policy

Goods purchased are generally non-refundable, unless they are found to be defective.
In cases where a product is defective or wrongly shipped, a refund or exchange may be considered, subject to approval.

Exchange
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, requests for exchanges due to changes of mind or accidental wrong orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible to exchange the item for another of equal or higher value by paying the price difference.

Wrong Items
In the event that you receive the wrong items shipped to you, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us via email at papershootmalaysia@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +6016-670 5315 to report on the issue. We will review the situation and, upon verification, arrange for the correct items to be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, we kindly request that you return the wrongly shipped items to us, and we will cover any associated shipping costs.
